Templates Loading error
Hi,
Im unable to get hold of support team, seeking help on what to do on this, I get this Templates Loading error A problem has occurred. Please try again and been happening for whole week now even prior to update on password/security news.

Could you please clear your browser's cache or try another browser and let us know if you're still getting the same error?
Also, may I ask what plan you're on at the moment?

Hi, we tried these steps already and as of this writing we still cant access our 15 paid templates

Hi IreneSRPM, as you mentioned that you're on a paid plan, try contacting the support team while logged into your account and they'll be able to assist further.

Hey Jay, we have pending tickets and to be honest response time takes days
