The support team said that our folder has been rolled back, but this isn't true.
A few days ago, one of our main folders containing 2.7 TB of data was deleted on its own and also disappeared from the Deleted Files folder. We tried using the Rewind feature as well as restoring it ...

I cannot see them there dear. Is there any way you can look for those folders?

3 months agoUnfortunately, we donât have account visibility on the forum, so I canât look them up Iâm afraid.
However, Iâd like to suggest one more thing. Can you use the search bar on www.dropbox.com, in case you havenât already, and let me know what results you get? You can also send me a screenshot here, if you wish. I just want to make sure that your content hasnât been moved to a different location by accident.
Other than that, is there any chance at all that these files are saved in a different Dropbox account, under another email address?
Let me know what you find and we'll go from there.
