Hi Hannah,
We are in a variety of different countries on different computers and networks, working remotely. I did try clearing my browser cache but it did not work. As another user mentioned in a different thread regarding this same problem, we've found that Business accounts are not having this issue, but every employee using a personal account is unable to comment consistently, unable to load comments consistently, and having comments that delete themselves.

Hi Hannah,
This issue is still ongoing. We've tried clearing the cache, and we've tried multiple browsers. These files are being hosted by a Dropbox Business account. Other Dropbox Business accounts are not having these issues, but all personal accounts are still unable to load comments or write / save comments with any consistency, which is the most essential part of our jobs! Please advise.
