Hey gussy, welcome to the Dropbox Community.

Are there other users that are also having this issue? And are you all connected to the same network?

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache to see if that helps?

If not, let me know and I will send you an email, so we can look into this internally.

Hello Hannah,

 

I'm also having the same issue. The comments won't load unless I keep refreshing. My connection is fast and have no troubles downloading and uploading heavy files. I have tried different browsers but it doesn't seem to do the trick. 

 

Please let us know how we could fix it.
