Unable to select/delete any files when using the website.

I got an email the other day stating I need to delete some files from my dropbox account or pay for storage. I use dropbox exclusively for a dnd campaign, as its the only way to upload any audio files I make for dndbeyond. 

My problem is I am not allowed to even select any audio file (they are all greyed out) and can't delete any files after. The ONLY way to delete files it seems is to download the app and do so from there.

How is this a reasonable solution from dropbox? I can't use the website for anything other than looking at files and that's it?

    Hey there phdnd​, welcome to the community. 

    I'm assuming this is Dropbox web because you mentioned the only way around it has been to download the app. 

    Have you tried logging into Dropbox from a different browser? This has shown to be a common culprit in similar cases. You can find more info here.
