When I search my Mac, I get 100+ results related to Dropbox that I don't want

I've been using Dropbox a long time and never had this problem. When I use Spotlight in Mac OS 15.1.1 or the Finder to search, I get all kinds of results that I'm not interested in. This is a new pro...

The attachment function on this website doesn't work. When I click on the little paper clip, nothing happens. If I hover over the paper clip, it reads. "Attachment".

Dropbox icon at the top shows "Dropbox 213.4.4597" on a line directly below it it reads  "Up to date"
