Why have my image file extensions changed from .jpg to .vbs?
Hello all, I do not go into my dropbox and look at my old stored photos much. So I was suptised to see that for some reason my files have been changed from .jpg to a .vbs. I can no longer see my pic...

Wow! I haven't seen that in a long time. What you're seeing there is a virus that originated 24 years ago, known as the LoveLetter virus, the ILOVEYOU worm or the Love Bug worm. Take a look at the this page for more information, and I'd suggest a Google search as well.
You'll want to make sure your computers are cleaned with a well known antivirus. If your files were altered recently you may be able to recover them using your Deleted Files or previous versions, but I suspect the infection happened a long time ago and went unnoticed. If that's the case, Dropbox wouldn't be able to recover the files.

I don't understand I have a virus Software that is up-to-date, Webroot I run it often. I just scanned and nothing found? Is it possible that this happened on drop box? I went to try and "restore" but it shows nothing to restore.
