6 years agoHey mrr17, I had a quick look around the web, where I found that .lib files contain static libraries that can be used as import libraries for .dll files, and .crs files are typically a type of binary file used by certain software.
Since, from the version history, the files were added from a computer, the cause could be a third party app.
Do you have any apps that are directly interacting with the desktop app?

The only other file in the folder is an Excel spreadsheet with two versions, so that's the only app that I can think of.
