Access to Email Addresses of File Request Responders
As the owner of a Dropbox folder for which I sent a file request, is there a way for me to access the email addresses of those who have uploaded files to the folder in response to the file request. ...
- 8 years agoHey LED1!There isn’t currently a way to locate the email address of those that uploaded a file via a file request, as you are only able to see their username or the name that they submit when uploading the file, along with the file name and type. However, if you are an admin of a Business plan, you may be able to see who received a file request from the activity report from the Admin console.I hope this helped to some extent.

it's been 5 years that Dropbox offers the feature of File Request... and still nothing was done yet to receive the responder email... this is a serious issue that affect productivity.... we get files and photos from customers... and we have no idea who they come from or how to contact them. Dropbox needs to wake up and be sensitive to its customers need
