Hi, I'm having the same issue. I have a secondary email setup and a folder was shared to that one. When I try accessing it, I get the error message that I need to request access with my primary email.

3 years agoHi carlosp, are you certain that they sent the email to the correct address? Does the shared folder not appear on this page on your account?

Certainly I can ask them to send them to the personal email but my question is: if I can access the file if they send it to my secondary email? That has not worked so far!

I'm also having this problem. A dropbox folder was shared with my secondary email, and when I try and open it from my primary email, it says that I don't have access. Did anyone resolve this?
