Automatic uploading of fotos from new mac computer to my dropbox
I saved everything from a 2013 Mac to a new 2022 Mac. When asked if I wanted to up load to Dropbox I said yes. Now it uploads indiscriminately all my fotos sinched from my Iphone to a Dropbox folder. I however keep all my photos sorted into Albums and Dropbox does not do this. It also seemed to circumvent my computer altogether. Result I had to reorganise all my 20,000 photos on my hard disk. Idem with the albums used for projects saved in Pictures.
How do I tell Dropbox that I do NOT want my photos uploaded to it - just the objects that are in the Dropbox app on the hard disk.
I do not seem to find the correct box to untick on the Dropbox app.
Many thanks

It sounds like you may have the Camera Uploads feature enabled.
