- 8 years agoThe issue was fixed in the next release (i.e. in October) I'm afraid Joe hence no more posts. Therefore the issue is not this one.
Have you made sure you have location services turned on for Dropbox on your phone?

Yes indeed. Dropbox location services is set to "Always". And of course it's on in background app refresh.

Thanks for the message. Indeed, I have IOS 11.2.6, and the most recent version of the app on an iPhone 10. I actually just got the phone, and was seeing the same thing on my 6S+. I sent support a message. The ticket number is: #7621256
