Bulk upload for Google files/folders would be really helpful and save time
Uploading multiple video files from Google Drive is cumbersome and time-consuming: find the file, download to computer, upload to desktop, delete the downloaded file, and repeat, over and over. It would be amazing if Dropbox could create a function that would allow multiple files to be directly uploaded simultaneously from the Manage Storage page, where most larger files are listed together.

Hey admin_comm, thanks for posting here!
Adding files from Google Drive to Dropbox is actually already possible on our individual accounts.
There's an option to do this, by clicking the "..." (ellipsis) button at the top of the screen in your All files page (next to the Organize button).
This is currently not possible for Business accounts, but I will send your feedback to our team.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks, Hannah-
It would be great to have this functionality for our business account.

Dear Hannah,
I tried to use this feature, but when I access the Google Drive folder I want to import to my Dropbox account it just says "There are no items on this folder" (or something similar, my Dropbox account is in Portuguese) even if, when I enter in my Google Drive account directly, I can clearly see the files in that folder. Any ideas about what can be happening?

Hey lmecchi, sorry to see you're having trouble with this.
After you click on the "Add from Google Drive" option, does the choosing your Google account and the authentication process work as expected?
- lmecchi3 years agoExplorer | Level 3Hi Hannah! Thanks for the prompt reply!
Yes, I can log in on my Google account, the authentication process works correctly, and I can see all my Drive folders structure, but when I enter the folders to choose the files to upload to Dropbox I receive the message that no file could be found in that folder (even if I know there are files there and can see them if I access my Google Drive directly in another browser tab. - Nancy3 years ago

Hey lmecchi, and sorry for jumping in.
Do you see the exact same thing on multiple web browsers/in incognito mode?
- lmecchi3 years agoExplorer | Level 3
Yes, both in Google Chrome and Safari. Same result (or lack of, in that case).

Hmm, I see. Thanks for giving that a try!
I gather that the issue persists on an incognito window, as well. Is this right?

Just tried incognito mode on Google Chrome. Same thing...

Alright; can you please send me a couple of screenshots showing what you see exactly on your end?
We'll need to investigate this further, so having a visual would really help.
Thanks!
