Can my team receive a file request email when a document is added to a shared folder?

Hello, I shared a folder with my team and want them to receive email notifications. Everyone has access to the folder, but no one is receiving email notifications. I checked their notification set...

We need a way to set who in the team gets notified of uploads. This would be valuable to many businesses.
