make sense - how does he use the file request? will this feature allowed me to add file anywhere he gives me access to? ie. if he sends one file request i can freely drop off a file in whatever folder i want or do i have to get him to send me a file request for each folder? thank you very very much

You can send or share this link to the one creating the file request for you to upload files that goes straight to their Dropbox account and doesn't use your space but theirs: https://help.dropbox.com/share/create-file-request
Then if you want to find out how to upload files when you get the file request invite , you can refer on this link for your perusal: https://help.dropbox.com/share/received-file-request
Hope this helps

Hi roga,
Thank you we have made the decision to upgrade but now as we are an accounting firm we will do it under our main email account - if we need to have this feature with this client ( ie. able to sync to his dropbox, how would it work? do we create the account under the main email address, then upgrade and then get the client to invite us? OR do we get the client to invite us THEN we create the account and upgrade? thank you :)
