Can we create a file request for multiple users?

Is there a way to create a "generic" document request that will allow multiple users to submit documents to our team without our office having to create a separate request for each end user.

What we are looking for is having a link on our intranet that will allow colleagues to submit forms and documentation that our team needs to process. We would want to have it be collected in Dropbox for easier storage, organization and assignment to team members.

    Yes :)

I do this all the time - I have 3 or 4 created for different 'things' and just share that link with those who need it. Then people just use them as and when necessary.

So, just create the File Request as you usually would and share the link. The only thing to make sure is you dont delete the folder or the File Request itself :)

Is there a way to get notifications sent to more than on person that there are new files?

No unfortunately not, they go to the account linked to the person who set up the request

I wonder is there a way that I can include/embed the password in the URL that users use to submit the files?

Since this is going to be on our intranet, I would want to make it easy for our users to submit the form. However, if someone were to randomly find the URL, I would not want them to be submitting documents.

No, that's not possible. It would defeat the purpose of requiring a password to submit files.

Hey GaryH_BAR01, just wanted to chime in here and say that it's currently not possible to edit the URL of the file request.

You can go ahead and submit this as an idea, though, through our "ideas" board for other users to up-vote, so that our team can take this into consideration for future updates.
