Hi again, wingrunner! I checked all the info youâve sent us so far, and it looks like your Dropbox account hasnât been upgraded so far to the latest release of Dropbox Paper (which explains why youâre only able to create new Paper docs via the Paper Home page, and not www.dropbox.com).
The new release of Dropbox Paper will gradually roll out to all Dropbox customers, until everyone is updated to the new version. You should get an email from Dropbox that lets you know when youâll be getting the release.

Ciao Walter, the cache clearing and a browser change did not solve the issue. The situation remain the same as the screenshot shown above.

3 years agoHi wingrunner, are you able to access the Dropbox Paper site from this page in order to create new docs?

Yes I can, but unfortunately I can't see the paper docs created with that page in my dropbox web space.

Hi from me too, wingrunner! Out of curiosity, do your Paper docs have the .paper file extension?
Also, if you click on the waffle menu at the top right part of your web account, do you see Paper among the options?

Hi Nancy,
the paper files created by copy yes, they have the .paper extension.
The ones created from this page I cannot say, since I don't see anywhere in my folders.
The paper app appears on the waffle menu.
As a side note, my account is very old (10+ years), this may be important.
