Can't upload - no error messages, it's just stuck on "uploading"

I have plenty of space but I can't get a single file to upload. No error, it just shows "uploading" but it never changes from 0.

    Hey Amy Hager, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Are you using our website to upload your files or our desktop app?

     

    If it's the website, can you try from a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if you get a different behavior?

    I am using the direct website from Google Chrome. I don't have another option at my workplace.

    How about an incognito window, can you please try from there and let me know what happens?
