The issue is resolved , from the administration account we can able to upload the document in the shared folder .

I'm afraid this is not possible at this time, but you should be able to find all of your shared folders in the Sharing tab, as you probably know.
That said, you should be able to re-arrange your folder structure as needed, but be careful with shared folders as there might be issues with permissions etc.
