Hi
That error is because you have a 1TB account. They do not.
To be a part of a shared folder EVERYBODY needs to have the available quota to access it.

I'm not sure how to make their quota larger. I also have the 1 terabyte account thats 25% used. I made a shared folder so the person without dropbox can upload to it but heis getting "full"messages / errors. Exactly how can I increase his limit without giving him my account credentials or anything crazy like that?

Ya I gave up on dropbox. I went to google. It's a bit better. Now I use Frameio for editing files.

Google drive? Hmmmm ok thanks I'll look into that, we have followed all the instructions and still nothing. Its grayed out unselectable on the other side. You would think for the premium they are charging for the top level that it would be easier to use.

Google Drive worked fine,
Now that its working SO easy like Dropbox should maybe I should look at the Google Drive plan pricing.
Its sad I've been SO happy with Dropbox for 5 years and turned many people on to it now I'm having to go to another service for something that should be so simple.
