Comments aren't visible to the recipient of my photos

I am sending photos to my graphic designer for my book.   On the right side of my photo, I am typing information about the photo that he needs to see.    When he receives the photo, the comments are not visible.   What do I need to do to make the comments visible to him?   My email address is [personal information removed per the Community's Guidelines]

Hey Victoria334 - thanks for the additional information and sorry to jump in.

Could you please ask your graphic designer to try another browser and let us know if  they still get the same results?

If they do, we'd appreciate a screenshot of what they see so that we can have a visual too.

My graphic designed said that changing browsers did work, so all is fine now.   Thank you very much for your help.   So many companies don't have any Customer Service at all anymore and it's very frustrating when you can't get any help.   I don't think either of us would have thought to change browsers to fix this problem, so thank you again!
