The final 3R solution worked: I reformatted the hard drive, reinstalled MacOS, and reinstalled Dropbox. It now performs normally.

Finally, I got time to create a new user on my MacBook and install Dropbox. Copy Dropbox link works! But my existing accouns still has the same problem. What else should I do?

If you open your email address, can you find the ticket there, as well? You should still be able to reply back to him (even if the ticket has been automatically closed due to inactivity in the meantime, in which case a new ticket will be generated by the system).
