Desktop app changes not syncing with online
Hey - my desktop version of dropbox is not syncing with the online version & files - is there something we're missing? Maybe an update?

This might help the syncing process to continue at a faster speed. If need be, you can try making a small change in that folder to see if this helps the folder to sync across.

3 years agoHi Auto_Performance_Marketing, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Do you see the Dropbox icon near the clock in the system tray or menu bar?
When you click that icon, what message do you see on the bottom left?
This will help me to assist further!

It currently says its syncing 'Social Media Content' which was recently selected to move to online-only, thinking it would solve the problem.

Could you check the bandwidth settings in the Dropbox desktop application to see if they are restricted in any way?

Thanks Jay
I noticed the upload rate was limit automatically so I've altered that to "dont limit" to match the download rate.
Status still says syncing
Will this help?
I am leaving at 1pm today and will respond upon my return Tuesday, otherwise thank you for your help for now!
