Don't see 'sync now' option to prioritise which files sync first
I have a personal dropxox account and am on Mac OS Mojave 10.14.4. I am syncing a large number of files and want to prioritise some larger files first. According to this article https://help.dropbox....

Hi -X-ARCH & UnkleRukus!
Sorry to not have provided this information before but if you have a Dropbox Plus, Professional, or Business account, you can prioritize a file to sync ahead of others syncing with the Dropbox app on your computer.
Note: You can’t prioritize folders or package files at this time.
In case you'd like to log a feature request for a similar functionality for folders, the 'Share an Idea' section of our Community is the right place. Here's a direct link:

I hope this clears things up a tad and I'm always around if you have any more questions!

7 years agoHey all!
I just wanted to give you an update on this as you can now prioritize a file to sync even on our individual plans (for Plus and Professional users). For more information you can have a look at the following Help Center article:

Both business and personal (paid) accounts. Dropbox --> Sync Now is not an option when right-clicking. Have checked against all the info in this thread as well as the FAQ article. Running latest dropbox version. What gives? Thanks

Hello, I too do not see the Sync Now option when I right click on my files.

Sorry to hear about this Joshiiwasan.
If this is happening for files indeed (and not folders), I'd really like to look into it. Can you send me a screenshot of the options you get when you right click on files that reside in your Dropbox folder?
Thanks!

Hi Walter, Is this for files being uploaded only?
