Dropbox asks users to create an account to access their shared links
When sharing a file to a person with a Dropbox account, they are forced to log in to view the file - annoying and unnecessary but can live with that.

If you close the cookies and âSign in with Googleâ banner at the top part of the page, are you seeing any options to ignore the sign up prompt and continue to the Dropbox website directly?
If youâve shared a link with a user that has no Dropbox account, they should still be able to access it indeed without creating a new account of their own.
Feel free to send me one more screenshot of what you see after dismissing those banners.
