DropBox Not syncing from iMac Monterey to Dropbox central or Windows
DropBox Not syncing from iMac Monterey to Dropbox central & Windows, any ideas?
- 4 years agoHey RapsGazette, thanks for reaching out to our Community.
Can you please clarify what you mean by 'Dropbox central'?
And what is the sync status of the Dropbox app on your iMac? You can check this by hovering your mouse over the Dropbox icon in your menu bar.
Also, can you check your account online, to see if the changes you make are syncing there?
Let me know what you find!

4 years agoHi there, RapsGazette! Hope you don’t mind if l jump in.
If l get this right, you’re unable to see the Dropbox icon on the top part of your iMac device, close to your clock settings, correct?
In that case, can you please open your Finder > Applications folder and try to restart the app from there?
Let me know how this goes, or if I’ve understood something wrong.

Sorry for any misunderstandings, RapsGazette.
Would it be possible to send me a screenshot of what you see on your iMac, in this case?
If you can see the small Dropbox icon on the top part of the device, then the syncing status should be showing there, after hovering over/clicking on it.- RapsGazette4 years agoExplorer | Level 3
Found the Sync and Update. Thanks.

I am having the same issue for a very long time. Whenever I want to sync files I need to "pause" and then "sync". This should happen automatically.
How can I fix this?
