If this persists after rebooting your computer, could you try to share a link to a file of yours via the website and let me know how it goes?

I've got precisely the same problem—except that multiple reboots have done nothing. Any advice for me, Dropbox folks?

Hey worldmatt - sorry to hear about this.
Could you please clarify the version of your computer's OS, and the version and status of the Dropbox desktop app as shown in your menu bar?
A screenshot of the options you get when you right click on files in your Dropbox folder would also help, so feel free to send one as well.
