Dropbox stops syncing
We use Dropbox for work. About every 3-4 weeks, my DB stops syncing. I cannot "force sync", the Dropbox icon disappears from my hiddon icons below, and the green symbols by the folders disappear. ...

Thanks for clarifying that, sspaeth!
It sounds like youâve installed Dropbox for S mode on your device, which doesnât sync files exactly like the Dropbox desktop app does. Dropbox Lite is more like a reflection of the files already located on your web account and it functions more like the mobile app. For more details, please check this page.
Can you please download the Dropbox desktop app from this link, and let me know if you can sync your files this way?

Have you tried reinstalling the app since you first noticed the syncing issue you mentioned?

Hi sspaeth, is this a company-managed device? Have you installed the Dropbox desktop application with admin rights?

The device is my home laptop but Dropbox is managed by the company. I clicked the Dropbox folder in the Settings Menu, right-clicked Dropbox - More - Run as administrator and it opened my Dropbox files in Windows Explorer.
