Dropbox stops syncing
We use Dropbox for work. About every 3-4 weeks, my DB stops syncing. I cannot "force sync", the Dropbox icon disappears from my hiddon icons below, and the green symbols by the folders disappear. ...

Thanks for clarifying that, sspaeth!
It sounds like youâve installed Dropbox for S mode on your device, which doesnât sync files exactly like the Dropbox desktop app does. Dropbox Lite is more like a reflection of the files already located on your web account and it functions more like the mobile app. For more details, please check this page.
Can you please download the Dropbox desktop app from this link, and let me know if you can sync your files this way?

Dropbox Lite just recently showed up (I had never seen it before until you had me look for the version). I have Dropbox version 173.4.6706 as of 5/4/23. That had been there as well. The Dropbox Lite version had never been there when I had clicked on Dropbox before - It just showed up a few days ago.
I uninstalled it. Now I have this. And now I - all of a sudden have a Dropbox icon on my task bar - FINALLY!!!! I never had that before. I think you fixed it.
But seriously the DB Lite was not there.
