Dropbox upload sync is very slow

Hi Jay, I'm not sure if that's the case, I just got an email this afternoon from John who has repeated the same troubleshooting information I've been provided previously. Can you confirm if John is part of the specialist team or not? Really hoping for someone to help resolve my issue. Would really appreciate a call tomorrow to discuss further as the correspondence has been slow and confusing.
