Error Message when the receiver tries to sign a Document.
Hi,
I have sent a document to be signed on dropbox sign but the receiver is getting an error message on different browsers, how do we fix this?
Thanks,

Hi Megan,
It comes u with,
'An unexpected error has occurred.
Please try once more. If the error persists, please contact us with the error code and time below.

Hi nat2692, thanks for the heads up!
It sounds like a temporary issue, that a refresh could potentially solve.
Can you ask from the receiver to either clear their browser's cache, try an incognito tab without any extensions, and also make sure their browser is up-to-date?
If the same behavior happens then, could you please send me a full screenshot of the issue (including the error notification)?
