Error when opening Dropbox shared links

I'm suddenly having issues following links to shared dropbox files, even ones that I created myself.  My team uses basecamp for project management and we store links to shared documents there. I have...

Do you see the same error, if you open a link from a different browser or an incognito window?

Chrome is my default browser. I just pasted the dropbox link into Edge and received the same error.

    Also - I cleared my browser cache as well. I do utilize a VPN but that isn't something new.
