File not opened

Hello all respected members   I am working with a transcription website. They sent me an audio link to transcribe. But it is not opened.    Please help.     https://www.dropbox.com/sh/233...

    The link could be invalid, or the file removed. You need to contact the person that sent it to you and ask for a new link.

Do you get this error only with a specific link? 

 

Have you tried opening it using a different browser, or incognito mode on your current one?
