File request not sent... no "Share" button
I create file requests but they are not being sent. The "Share" button is greyed out. I'm on the trial, but if this doesn't really work, I'll have to go somewhere else.

2 years agoHey Robin! You should be able to find your ticket at the email address that’s linked to your Community profile here. If you can’t find my email in your inbox, please check your spam folder, as well.
