Files added to a folder are only visible to the uploader

We use Dropbox as a file server for small 4 user company spready across the US. We have run into an issue where PDF's uploaded by one user are not visible by other users. We waited over the weekend and other users are still not able to see the file. The status icon displays as synced. The file name is "25-05-28_2070 Google Blk 38 Phase II DD Drawings". Is there any advise on troubleshooting this?

    Jay,

I am having exactly the same issue Elijah was having.   I created  folders for 23 other users to use.  Most people have no issues uploading.  Some are uploading files and I can't see them.   It seems the common thread is the new users to dropbox are having the issue.

Do they have enough quota to add things? Remember shared folders use up everybodys quota.

Are they able to view the files online at http://www.dropbox.com/home themselves?
