Files are missing on my laptop

It sounds like you might be looking at two different Dropbox accounts Realtor Sue
Are you using the same email address on both of your devices?

2 years agoHey Realtor Sue - sorry to jump in here, but if you're using the desktop app, could you clarify its status as shown in your computer's menu bar/system tray?
I'm assuming you're able to see the same files if you log into your account through a web browser - right?

Hi Walter,
I just logged out and logged back in on my laptop.
Www.dropbox.com/home
My files are not there… I’ve checked the trash can that says deleted files and nothing there.
I do however see my files on my cell phone.
