Files on Dropbox online aren't syncing to my new MacBook Air.
Hi, Files from my Dropbox on the Web are not syncing to my New Mackbook Air.
I believe I have gone through all of the help and done everything I think.
That said, I'm wondering if my web dropbo...

Nancy, it's just too complicated for me to take a bunch of screenshots and then write everything out. I've already spent about 15 hours trying to get things to work.
I can tell you 2 things:
1. New files are only being saved on Dropbox on the web and I couldn't change my selection (I'm not even sure where I found that now).
2. When I save files to Dropbox on my desktop/laptop they are not saving to Dropbox on the web.
So, is there truly no way to get live support, even though I'm willing to pay for it?
- I've had dropbox for a very long time and this is the first time I've ever had any issues.
- I feel like a person on a deserted island, all alone.

HI from me too marioinmehrer and sorry to hear you're still having issues with syncing.
You should be able to see your available support options on this page, based on the plan you're on at the moment.
As for the issue at hand, a screenshot of what you see and the app's exact status and version as shown in your menu bar would be very helpful.
