Help! I compose music (in Dorico, in case you care) and store it in Dropbox. HOW DO YOU USE THE FILE SYSTEM? I have been a paid member of Dropbox for several years at least, and still can't figure ...

3 years agoHey LilyMuseic, thanks for taking the time to post to our Community.
If when you tried to remove a member from your shared folder, you got the message that you need to remove them from the parent folder, what you need to do is just to go back a folder or two in the hierarchy of this particular folder.
For example if the folder structure is: Dropbox>Folder>Subfolder1>Subfolder2 and you want to remove the member from Subfolder2, you might want to check if the actual sharing has happened on Subfolder1 or on Folder.
I hope that makes sense, but let me know if you have any questions.
