Do the files appear on the Dropbox site?
Are the files in your normal Dropbox folder, or are they part of the Dropbox Backup feature?
This will help me to assist further!

Hey Joanaa, can you clarify if you're referring to backup files?
Do you see the files in question, if you go to your backups page here?
- Joanaa2 years agoExplorer | Level 3Yes I Can see it. But They are only there since this afternoon, when i decided to make a Backup to try to solve my problem.
