Gmail label migration issue. Number of transferred emails isn't the same in Gmail as Dropbox

I'm migrating Gmail Labels to Dropbox. The number of emails transferred is not the same in Gmail as Dropbox. Why?

Can you please walk us through the exact steps you take to do this so that can make sure we're on the same page?

 

Are you using any 3rd party apps or integrations to achieve this, for example, or are you doing it manually?

    I'm using CloudHQ Save to Dropbox, Backup All Emails to Dropbox (Organized by Labels)

      Since this is not an official integration with Dropbox, have you reached out to the manufacturers of this app, to see if they can give you any additional info?
