HI there SergioBale - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Based on your description, I'd say that your shared links might have been banned due to excess bandwidth/traffic.

Just to make sure though, could you send us a screenshot of the error you're getting and clarify the exact steps you take to do this as well as what you'd like to accomplish?

    Thanks!

Does the link still work on its own, not through your website, and when you're not signed in to your Dropbox account? Test it in an Incognito/private browsing window. Share a screenshot of the result.

Hi from me as well, Sergio! If the shared link doesn’t work via an incognito window, and you try to create the link again from scratch, are you able to do so, or are you getting any error messages?

I’m asking, because if your account’s sharing has been banned indeed, you won’t be able to create new shared links either.

    Thanks for the confirmation, SergioBale.

You mentioned that when the photos expire on your website, the link doesn't work when you open it just by itself through a browser either.

Can you let us know what you see when you try to access the link that way?

A screenshot would be really helpful too, if you can send one.
