How can I share folders with people outside my team?

Thanks again Hannah. Doesn´t seem to work unfortunately. I have now changed the settings as you suggested (see attachement #1). But the external user still gets the same messages as I listed above. Is there any changes needed done under "membership approval" maybe (see attchment #2)? Or are these settings aimed at team members only?

1 year agoThanks, FStobacco, I'm testing this on my end too as we go along, but it looks like it might not be possible for the external users to share this folder with other external users.
One more thing to check, to confirm this, is the folder settings.
Can you click on the "Share" button next to the folder, then on the gear icon and let me know which options you see next to "manage access" under "folder settings"?
