How can I sync files on Dropbox? The app doesn't do it automatically.

I looked up how to sync here on DropBox, but it looks like they still have the same instructions as it worked years ago. I have a brand new laptop and when I right-click on any of my Windows folders,...

I am just trying to sync my Photos from my cell phone (android pixel) but it wont do that.  I just got a new laptop and have photos on my phone for about a year.  Now I need to have them all uploaded to Dropbox.  Can you tell me how to do that now?  

I get this message:  "Out of uploads You've reached your upload limit.Upgrade"
Please dont tell me I have to pay for a new plan in order to upload my photos.  That is outragous.  Gary

    Hey gdwright​, lets jump right into this! 

    Just to clarify: do you wish to sync your content from your mobile to your laptop, or the other way around?

    What steps do you follow in order to backup your camera roll to your mobile Dropbox app? Have you tried using the camera uploads feature? 

    One more thing I'd like you to check is how much available space you currently have in your account.
