How can someone without an account send files using sharing links?
I am using dropbox to allow people to send me videos for an online class. These people do not all have dropbox accounts and I understand they should be able to send me videos without having an account. I create a folder and send a link and they are having a very difficult time uploading the videos using that link.

When someone doesn't have a Dropbox account, the best course of action would be to user a File Request instead.
That way, -even people without a Dropbox account- can upload their own content to your account.
When using a shared link with view only access, the recipients shouldn't be able to send files your way. You could always change the link's permissions to "can edit" but they'd need a Dropbox account in order to add new content there.
