How long before a Shared Link expires with Dropbox Plus?
I have an eBook that I have on DB and use a shared link to access it. I just discovered that all the Shared Links with my Subscription Level (Dropbox Plus) doesn't allow you to change that setting...

I have a website where people can sign up for a free ebook. The Website form sends the request to my email service who manages the email confirmation and sends out the link to the subscriber. The link keeps expiring. Help Desk hasn't been able to figure it out. Does anyone have any idea why my link keeps expiring?

Hi Walter,
I tried, but she closed the ticket.
I am not sure what else to do. It just keeps randomly telling me the link expired. I may have to find another solution for sharing documents. What do you think?

Did you try replying back to the ticket to open a follow up ticket for your case KC805?

Hi Walter - yes, they opened another ticket and I submitted the information to them. I am still getting this message when I click on my test email.
