    It isnt possible no, sorry, but its a good suggestion - I'll make sure its passed on.

    As a possible work around have you looked at Paper? You can comment and tag individual parts of files and then simply add the new version underneath?

Same here. I plan to use Dropbox and commention feature to communicate with my private tutor. We use JPG scans of book and write/type/draw over it. After I update file I don't want comments to disapper because, well, you know, it is still the same file with just some extra drawing over it.

There should be an option at least that lets you move comments to newer version of file.
