2 years agoHey there, LeslieT, welcome to our Community!
Have you tried uploading the file to Dropbox using our website and the steps mentioned in this article?
If you use our desktop app on your MacBook Pro, you should also have a Dropbox folder located locally on the device, that'd allow you to upload content by copying or dragging it in there too.
Keep me posted!

Hi Megan,
I can upload files by the method in that link but I want to be able to send the document straight from the document rather than needing to open dropbox and uploading, just adds more steps.

Hey LeslieT - can you please clarify if you're running the Dropbox desktop app on your computer?
If so, you should be seeing a Dropbox folder where you can copy or move any files you'd like to sync across your devices and the website.
