I can't find the files I'm trying to attach to an email, but they are on the site.

Question or Issue
I am having trouble finding and attaching files uploaded to my Dropbox account over the past couple of months. When I log onto Dropbox directly using my web browser I can find the files, and see they they were uploaded. However, when I am attempting to attach these files to an email or through another app, the files are not visable to attach.

Hi TaniaT, thanks for posting today!

When attempting to attach files, is it loading the Dropbox site to find the files, or is it showing the local Dropbox folder on your computer?

What email program or service are you using?

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

Hi from me as well, TaniaT! Does the issue you described above still persist?

If yes, can you provide us with the info Jay asked for?
