I can't see the files in the dropbox web site, but I can see in the dropbox folder in my PC
Yesterday I try to access to a folder , of another Dropbox user (my sister) and I can't see any files inside this folder. And I realize that I can't see any of my own files in my own folders if i try yo see this by the dropbox web site!!! Today, it continues in the same way: I can see the files in my dropbox folder in my PC, but I CANNOT SEE ANY FILE in the web. What can I do to solve this problem? Thanks!

Hi,
Thanks you for your tips! I had the same problem, not seeing my folders in the dropbox webpage. I turned off adblocker and now I can see all the folders

I'm having problems viewing my pdf files on my pc. I can view them perfectly on my mobile device (iPhone). I have installed the Dropbox app on my pc and it shows that I'm logged on with the same account I use on my mobile device. Can you please help with this issue?

This is how my problem resolved. Orinally, I had received an email with Dropbox link in which I could not see the files but others were able to see and access it. I had opened that link through my Yahoo email. Then, when I received the same email again in my Gmail account, I was able to see the shared files. So, the gmail account works with google docs.
