    Lusil, yes. The folder in my preferences is the one that has the green syncing icon on its files and folders.

    I found a solution: I renamed the other folders and the syncing icons that were on them vanished immediately.

Hi Sereby, thanks for reaching out to us. 

 

In general, the Dropbox folder that should be syncing to your account is the one outlined in your desktop app's Preferences. 

 

Just to make sure that we're on the same page though, could you let me know if:

  • The Dropbox folder shown in your Preferences is the one that has the green syncing icons :white_check_mark: on its files?
  • You add a file in each Dropbox folder, do they all show up on the website?
